Financial Aid Deadlines
Funds Disbursements (credit to student accounts):
- First Fall Disbursement Date: 09/25/25.
After Thursday 9/25/25, Fall disbursements are scheduled to run weekly on Thursdays through 12/11/25. - First Spring Disbursement Date: 02/19/26.
After Thursday 02/19/26, Spring disbursements are scheduled to run weekly on Thursdays through 5/14/26.
SAP Appeal Deadline:
- For Associate Degree students:
- Fall 2025 Semester: 09/30/25
- Spring 2026 Semester: 11/30/25
- Summer 2026 Semester: 4/30/26
- For Certificate Degree students:
- Fall 2025 Semester: 11/30/25
- Spring 2026 Semester: 4/30/26
- Summer 2026 Semester: 7/30/26
Loan Certification Deadline:
All required loan steps must be completed by the following deadlines:
- Fall 2025: 12/05/2025
- Spring 2026: 5/01/2026
- Summer 2026: 8/07/2026
Book Voucher Dates:
Book vouchers are processed automatically for eligible students, based on offered funds if there is remaining aid after the bill is paid.
- Fall 2025: Students will be able to use the book vouchers in person from Monday, 8/25/25 until Friday, 9/19/25. On line purchases must be made by Tuesday, 9/16/25.
- Spring 2026: Students will be able to use the book vouchers in person from Tuesday, 1/20/26 until Friday, 2/13/26. On line purchases must be made by Tuesday, 2/10/26.
- Summer 2026: Students will be able to use the book vouchers in person from Monday, 5/18/26 until Friday, 5/29/26. On line purchases must be made by Tuesday, 5/26/26.
