First Standings Announced for the Broadway World, Washington, DC; MONARCH Leads for Best Musical Media: Broadway World - DC

Two MC students—Hedy Valentine and Kat Gorlenko—have been nominated for Broadway World Awards (see Broadway World - DC) for their performances in Montgomery College’s Summer Dinner Theatre production of Young Frankenstein. Valentine is recognized in the Best Performer in a Musical (Non-Professional) category, while Gorlenko is nominated for Best Supporting Performer in a Play (Non-Professional).
